registering for the app
Signing up for our new app is easy! All you have to do is follow the below steps:
- Download the Irwell Valley Homes app from the app store for your device.

Android device: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.firsttouch.selfservice.irwellvalley&hl=en_GB
- Open the app, this will bring up a screen where you will be invited to log in.
- To register; click the “Register” button.
- Select “Yes, I am a tenant”. If you are not a customer, unfortunately the app is only available to current Irwell Valley Homes customers.
- Enter your details as prompted to. You will need your tenancy number; this can be found on letters we have sent to you. If you can’t find it, please give us a call on 0300 561 1111 and we will be able to help.
- If you are a leasehold or shared ownership customer, we may not have your date of birth in our system. Please call us on 0300 561 1111 so we can add this on.
- We need permission to store some of your details, please confirm you have read and agree to our privacy policy.
- To finish registering for the app, please click “Register”, this will then complete the registration process and take you back to the log in screen where you can enter your details to log in.
