More than 3,300 customers worked with us to help us understand what’s important to them, and what they want from us in relation to the homes and services we provide. This feedback has shaped our Customer Offer which sets out what you can expect from us and reflects our continued commitment to being clear about our service standards.

Our Customer Offer Panel
We currently have six customers who sit on this panel and monitor performance against the Customer Offer.
The panel meets every three months and in between are asked to share their views on relevant information and updates, for example reviewing policies.
