Our supported housing enables people to live well in their home and community.

We work with local authorities who commission us to run supported housing services on their behalf. All our supported housing services are externally reviewed and monitored to ensure we provide the very best housing and support for our residents. Our approach to supporting residents is based around them and their strengths, preferences and needs as we know this helps to ensure they live well in their home and community. We know the life-changing difference supported housing makes; it also helps to ease the pressure on health and social care services. That's why we are committed to building more in our current development programme - allowing more people to access the housing and support they need, where they need it.
