Your Neighbourhood Housing Officers are your first point of contact for anything related to your tenancy or neighbourhood.
They host regular community drop-ins and carry out a programme of Neighbourhood Inspections each year to pick up any tenancy or neighbourhood issues. You can find out the upcoming dates for all of these later on this page.
If there are neighbourly tensions or reports of anti-social behaviour, they will investigate and deal with problems in partnership with other organisations and our dedicated Community Safety Team.
Please help us by reporting anything that you are concerned about in your neighbourhood to your Neighbourhood Housing Officer using the email address below.
Your Rent Support Officer is Gemma Daly
I can help with any rent queries you have and offer support if you’re struggling to make your payments.

I'll do it all with a friendly face and a non-judgemental ear.
