BackUP (formerly Bolton Young Persons Housing Scheme) was set up in partnership with Bolton Council and Irwell Valley Homes in 1992. Together we provide ten homes that support young people who are homeless to move onto independent accommodation.

Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation promoting the independence, inclusion and wellbeing of people with care and support needs. We do this by working with the people we support, their families and partner agencies to deliver innovative, high-quality services to meet individual needs and aspirations.
Fortalice provides emergency accommodation and support services to help women, children and young people who have or are experiencing domestic abuse. Together we provide a refuge for women and children to help them regain their independence.

Outreach provide a range of services supporting adults with a learning disability and/or long term mental health needs to live an independent life. Together we provide three homes for people with enduring mental health conditions and learning disabilities.
Pennine Care NHS Trust is an NHS foundation trust in northern England, providing mental health and learning disability services in parts of Greater Manchester and Derbyshire. It provides mental health and learning disability services in Bury, Rochdale, Oldham, Stockport, Tameside and Glossop.
Salford Women’s Aid provide safe temporary accommodation for women and children fleeing domestic abuse, with access to one-to-one emotional and practical support.
Turning Point support people with drug and alcohol use, mental health, offending behaviour, unemployment issues and people with a learning disability. Together we provide a specialist mental health unit to help people move into independent accommodation.
Adullam Homes is a specialist provider of housing and support services. They work with local authorities and other public sector partners to house and/or support 1,000 people at any one time in England and Wales.
