Niki is passionate about social justice and providing safe, affordable, quality homes and excellent customer services, recognising the positive role that social landlords can play in placemaking. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and an experienced leader and board member. 

Niki brings significant skills, knowledge and experience across the breadth of housing services - including homelessness, customer experience, neighbourhood management, development and regeneration, asset management, mergers and stock transfers and has previous lived experience of social housing.

She also brings a wealth of experience in terms of strategic planning, culture, governance and risk management.

She is currently an Executive Director of another north west housing provider and has been on the Boards and Committees of a number of housing providers across Greater Manchester.

Fiona is a resident board member and housing professional specialising in homelessness. She is currently the Principal Homelessness Strategy Officer at a Local Authority within Greater Manchester and brings sound working knowledge of housing law, homelessness legislation and welfare reform to the board. 

Shahida is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in the housing sector for over 20 years. Currently the Executive Director of Resources at another Registered Provider in the Northwest, she brings to the board her wealth of experience in finance, compliance, risk management, assurance, governance and health and safety. 

Gemma is a Partner in a law firm and bring with her vast experience in has spent her legal career advising social housing providers. Gemma grew up in social housing and knows first-hand the vital and positive contribution housing associations make, it's what has driven her chosen career path. Gemma is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and is a mentor for Housing Diversity Network and Women in Social Housing.

Laureen was previously the Deputy Chief Executive at Stockport Council and has various senior within the public sector.  Laureen is committed to putting people at the heart of what we and brings with her experience of working collaboratively to address, population, health and social inequality. As an experienced board member is able to influence, challenge, and support innovation to stretch organisational achievement. 

Jane is a Director at Ove Arup and the Planning and Housing Commissioner for Greater Manchester Combined Authority. She brings a wealth of experience in development, residential housing and planning, regeneration projects and sustainability and the transition to net zero carbon. She has been recognised as the Visiting Professor of Planning at the University of Liverpool and a Fellow of the Royal Town Planning Institute. 

Adam currently works in the private sector where he leads a technology start-up focused on customer insight. With lived experience in social housing, he brings first-hand experience coupled with a strong background in digital technology to advocate for services for customers. He's passionate about driving forward positive change and innovation.   

Gareth has held several senior roles in the private sector including many years working as a Chartered Surveyor. He brings extensive knowledge of the North-West and UK commercial property and housing market as well as technical understanding of asset management including investment and development appraisals, financial modelling, risk analysis and financial statements.

Rachael is a banking executive with a keen interest in in social purpose and shaping communities to improve the lives and welfare of those living within them. 

A qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Accountants, Rachael brings a strong a focus on treasury, finance, stress testing, audit, risk management and robust governance.

Guy has worked in the social housing sector for 25 years in a variety of senior positions, including as a chief financial officer, board member and audit committee chair.  He is passionate about delivering a great service to people to provide them with quality, affordable homes.

Guy brings significant skills and experience to the Board including leadership, strategic financial & treasury management, residential property development, performance management and a strong knowledge and understanding of good governance in the social housing sector.
