The Irwell Valley Foundation is our £2 million charitable investment fund.

Every year we invest around £100,000 in supporting our customers with their personal development and wellbeing, plus projects and initiatives that enable people to live well. As we celebrate our 50th anniversary in 2023, we're keen to hear from as many customers and community groups who might benefit as possible - helping our Foundation to leave a lasting legacy during this milestone year. The investment fund is managed by Forever Manchester with the dividends released to Irwell Valley Homes to support the people and communities we serve.
