Irwell Valley Homes invite you to view their proposals for two new developments in Jurby Avenue and Plant Hill Avenue, Blackley, where they are working with Manchester City Council to meet local housing needs.

The Jurby Avenue plans are for a new specialist scheme for those living with dementia, made up of 13 apartments along with day care provision, while the plans for the site of the former Plant Hill police station consist of 12 large affordable modern family homes.

The event is an opportunity for residents to view and comment on the detailed proposals before they are submitted for planning approval. Design team members will be on hand to answer any queries.
