We're delighted that our regeneration of the Sale West estate in Trafford has been honoured with another prestigious award.
The project scooped the Social Impact Award at the Insider North West Residential Property Awards, recognising the wider impact of the multi-million pound investment in the area.
The entry, submitted in partnership with our architects AEW and contractor Seddon, beat off stiff competition from across the region to receive the accolade.
Along with the new affordable homes and improvements to existing ones, the regeneration is enhancing the local environment; providing opportunities for local people and supporting residents through the challenging economic climate.
Our Chief Executive Sasha Deepwell said: "We're extremely proud of the changes we're delivering on Sale West and thrilled to see the work being recognised through this award.
"New homes which help to address the severe housing need are vital and we're pleased to be delivering them as part of this project. But they must be delivered in partnership with meaningful opportunities for local people and support for local communities to ensure the investment reaches deeper than the bricks and mortar of our homes."
