A new way to manage your home and tenancy online is coming.
We’re currently finalising the finishing touches to the Irwell Valley Homes customer portal which launches next month!
Once it's live, it will replace the Irwell Valley Homes app.
If you currently use the app, we'll automatically create a log-in for you and send you more details on email.
If you're not a current app user, but are interested in signing up to the new online service please contact us and we'll create a log-in for you.
Once it's live, you’ll be able to do everything you can on the current app and more including:
- View the dates and times of your upcoming repairs appointments.
- Log photos/videos to repair requests and add photos to messages.
- Update your personal details to ensure we’ve got the most up-to-date information.
