New customer portal launches this month

As a current user of our Irwell Valley Homes app, we're getting in touch to let you know this will close on 7th February.

Due to the process of moving over to the new customer portal, no new account data will appear in the app after 7th February. So, for example, any rent payments made after the 7th won’t show in the account section of your app. 

From Monday (5th February) we’re advising customers to use an alternative contact channel, just to be sure we capture your query. 

Our new online service offers all the same functionality as the app, along with exciting new features. This includes the ability to add photos and videos to your repairs requests; access important information about your home and tenancy; and view the dates of your repairs appointments. 

We have worked with a company called Rubixx to bring customers this service - that’s why the email you will receive with your log-in details will come from them and you’ll see their name in the website address.
