Our tenant satisfaction survey begins today

We are committed to understanding your experience of our services and what’s important to you. We can only do this with your feedback.

Our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) survey starts today - Monday 13th July 2026. This is a national survey that all housing associations must complete each year.

Over the next few weeks, a company called The Leadership Factor will be contacting a selection of customers by telephone to ask about their experiences of our homes and services.

How will I know the survey is genuine?

If you are selected to take part, you will receive a call from a telephone number beginning with the 01484 area code.

The Leadership Factor is carrying out the survey on our behalf and any feedback you provide will be shared with us once they have completed their work.

They are an experienced, independent and regulated research company, and your data will be stored and used strictly in line with data protection. You can be confident of this.
