New Shared Ownership Homes

Completing in September 2026 – The Courts in Sale. An exciting new development featuring family homes and apartments. PIC Homes are transforming the historic site of the former Sale Magistrates’ Court into a community of 84 homes, comprising of apartments, terraced houses, and semi-detached houses. This project has been developed in partnership with PIC and Trafford Council and Irwell Valley Homes have taken this opportunity to purchase and deliver 8 of these new homes for affordable housing which will be available through Shared Ownership.
