As part of the wider regeneration of Sale West, we are approaching Phase 3 of the development of new homes. This will include three apartment blocks for rent as well as some changes to the road layout in the centre of the estate.

Phase 3 of the development of Sale West. This shows Ascot Avenue to the left, opened up for vehicles into Chepstow Avenue to the top left. You can see a vehicular link across the top between Chepstow and Thirsk. To the right you can see a vehicular link from Thirsk to the car park at the top of Newbury Ave.
This is a view from above looking from Ascot over the Sale West Park to Thirsk Avenue. Phoenix Gardens will be retained and the Community Allotments will be moved to the bottom of the area shown above. The Allotment site will be larger with more beds as well as a new water supply.
This will be the view coming from Ascot and going towards Chepstow Avenue. You can see Block 3 in this image.
