We’ve launched a new section of our website to make it easier for customers to find important information about how we manage homes, deliver services and run our organisation.
The new page – which you can visit here – brings information including plans, policies and performance information together into one dedicated and easy-to-navigate place.
The change supports the Government's new Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs), which goes live today, Thursday 1st October. The legislation is designed to strengthen openness, transparency and accountability across the social housing sector.
A big thank you to our Resident Scrutiny Panel and Pool who reviewed the publication scheme over the summer, providing suggestions to make the pages and information as user-friendly as possible. Thanks too to our Policy Group who provided feedback on our STAIRs policy.
A second phase of STAIRs will come into effect from 1st April next year, giving customers the right to request specific information about their home or building from us.
