Where you can meet us in our neighbourhoods

We’re moving our head office from the Soapworks building in Salford to a new home in Sale.

There will be very little impact on customers as all our regular contact channels remain open as usual and our neighbourhoods team will continue to be out and about in your area as normal.

You can see our November programme of community drop-ins below. Following your feedback, we’re also working to set up some sessions in an evening to allow those with commitments during the day to attend. We’ll keep you posted as these are set up and you can connect with us on Facebook or Instagram @IrwellValley Homes to see the latest updates.

There will be no Irwell Valley Homes colleagues based at Soapworks from Monday 10th November. If you’d like to meet with one of our team in person, we can visit you at home or we have various community spaces where can do this, including:

Please contact us in advance and the relevant colleague or team will make arrangements with you. This ensures the right person is available when you come – please don’t drop in without setting up a meeting first, as it could be a wasted journey.

If you're a leasehold customer, please contact your Property Manager in the usual way via leaseholders@irwellvalley.co.uk. Independent living and supported housing customers should reach out via their scheme co-ordinator or manager.
