Preparing for your new home

Will the home be furnished?

We are not able to provide furniture as part of your tenancy. We will make sure your home meets all safety and compliance standards, so you can feel assured that your new home is ready for you. Any furniture or additional support we agree to offer will always be confirmed with you in writing before your sign‑up appointment.

If you need any support with furnishings, please let our Home Move Assistant know and they will see what support may be available.

Will the home have flooring?

We will provide flooring in your kitchen and bathroom, however, we are unable to provide flooring for the rest of the home.

Please check in advance with a Home Move Assistant to confirm what flooring has been provided, and let them know if you need any support with flooring for the rest of the home.
