Our new online service for customers is now live!

The new service is a one-stop-shop for managing your home and tenancy and can be accessed at any time to suit you!

We’ve launched a new online service for our customers to make it easier and more convenient to manage your home and tenancy. 

If you previously used our Irwell Valley Homes app, you should have received an email from us with further details. 

Your log-in information should also have arrived in a separate email from a company called Rubixx - who we've worked with on the portal - so check your junk folder if you don’t see it.

The new service is a web-based portal which can be accessed here . It replaces the Irwell Valley Homes app which is no longer in use.

When logged into the portal customers can:  

  • Report a non-emergency repair, including photos or video to illustrate the problem… and keep track of when appointments are booked in. 
  • View their rent account and any repayment agreements they might be on.  
  • Report anti-social behaviour.  
  • Let us know about any special requirements they or a member of their household has and tell us if any of their circumstances have changed.  
  • Access information we send and important documents about their home and tenancy. 
  • Read the latest news from Irwell Valley Homes.  
  • And much more!  

If you have a joint tenancy using a shared email address or if we don't have a mobile phone number listed for you, you won't have received the email with your log-in details.

Please email customer.portal@irwellvalley.co.uk with the email addresses and mobile phone numbers of each person on the tenancy who would like a portal account creating and we will create these for you.
