The Rivington Chase development is being developed in partnership with Bolton at Home and forms part of the £262m regeneration project that was granted outline planning permission in 2015 to deliver 1,700 homes alongside heritage, educational, retail, leisure, health and well-being facilities. 

All of the 63 new homes with be affordable with a mix of apartments for rent and houses for shared ownership.
