We’re working on a new online customer portal offering the ability to manage your home and tenancy at the click of a button.
From raising a repair and viewing your rent account, to chatting live with our Customer Service and Support Team and accessing all the communications we send you from one handy online space, the new portal will make it quicker and easier to contact us and access information you need.
The portal will replace our Irwell Valley Homes app which will close once the portal goes live. The portal offers the same features and functionality as the current app, along with additional features and enhancements – including the ability to add a video clip, for example to show us a repair you need.
Customers who use the app now and anyone who has given us their email address will be given a log in and sent instructions of how to use it.

Last week we tested the portal with customers and we’re working hard to incorporate their feedback ahead of it going live this Winter.
