Listening to you and responding to your needs is at the heart of everything we do. During the last year, over 3,300 customers worked with us to help us understand what’s important to them, and what they want from us in relation to the homes and services we provide. This feedback has shaped our new customer offer which sets out what you can expect from us and reflects our continued commitment to being clear about our service standards. We have been working with our customer offer panel to look at how we are doing, and develop our action plan.
