It has 21 fully furnished rooms, with en-suite shower rooms. Two of these are emergency rooms which provide accommodation for young people in crisis for a week at a time.
Residents are supported for up to 12 months by the support team who are on hand 24 hours a day. They work closely with residents and agencies, delivering support in areas such as: health and wellbeing, budgeting, education, employment, training and re-housing.
Every resident has a personalised support packages and through their weekly one-to-one sessions, workshops and activities, they are supported to live well and move onto independent accommodation.
The support at Greenbank doesn’t stop when residents are ready to move on – we also have four apartments situated close by, which provide an interim step between the supported housing at Greenbank and independent accommodation.
