'Moving On Up' is a support service in Salford for young people with complex needs, primarily people with ADHD, Autism and related conditions.
The service provides 24 hours support to help the young people self-manage their condition, develop independence living skills and meaningful relationships, and support them where possible to live in their own home in the community.
As well as the outreach service that we provide to the local community. We also have two self contained flats, four bedsits and a visitors room for young people who need respite or are in crisis.
There is also fantastic shared facilities in the community hub where the young people can learn new skills and access support. The community hub is open to everyone - both people living there and those in the wider community who can join in with the workshops and various other activities.
