Grounds maintenance

Keeping your neighbourhood green and clean!  

We want you to love where you live and keeping green spaces green and well maintained plays a bit part in that.  

We work with id verde who carry out ground's maintenance work on our behalf across the neighbourhoods we serve.  

They are currently the UK’s top grounds maintenance and landscaping provider – cutting over 100,000,000 meters squared of grass every year – that‘s around 12,000 football pitches! 

Here’s what you can expect from us in your neighbourhood: 

  • We'll regularly cut grassed areas and keep them well maintained. Grass clippings will be blown back onto the lawns after every cut. 
  • We'll keep footpaths clean and tidy by removing large items of litter, debris and weeds.  
  • We'll keep on top of weeds and excessive vegetation within communal areas. 
  • We'll maintain shrubs, beds, trees and hedges - cutting back and pruning any regrowth twice a year. 
  • During the autumn and winter months we'll regularly clear leaves to make sure footpaths, steps and entrances are safe.  
  • We'll leave the area clean and tidy, at the end of every job
