Sale West Phase 1 is part of the regeneration masterplan on the estate. All 79 new homes are for social rent, providing much needed affordable homes that have been carefully design to integrate them into the estate.
As we are nearing the end of Phase 1, we are excited about the new road which will link Epsom Avenue to Hurst Avenue. This road will be called Hamilton Avenue. This is another legendary racecourse located in the UK. Look out for further details as this phase continues.
